Funded Trader Agreement

Version 2026-11 · Last updated · Bold Funded Ltd

This Funded Trader Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Bold Funded Ltd ("Bold Funded", "we", "us"). You sign it once, after your identity is verified and before your first funded account is issued, by typing your full legal name and accepting it in your dashboard. It adds to our Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, AML/KYC Policy and Responsible Trading Review; where they differ on a funded account, this Agreement applies.

1. Simulated accounts

Every funded account is a simulated trading account running on real market data. No real money is deposited or traded for you. Payouts are performance rewards calculated from simulated results under the rules of your account. They are not withdrawals of trading capital, wages or investment returns.

2. Your account rules

The rules of a funded account are the rules pinned to that account at purchase, as shown in your dashboard. They change only: (a) in your favour; (b) if you accept an offer we make in your dashboard; or (c) under the Responsible Trading Review in section 4 of this Agreement.

3. Risk per trade

We recommend risking no more than 1% of the starting balance per trade on funded accounts, with a stop loss on every trade. This recommendation is guidance and does not by itself breach an account.

4. Responsible trading review

If our risk team finds that a funded account has been traded with oversized risk, or the account or you are flagged by our risk systems, we may move that account's payouts to the on-demand cycle described in the Responsible Trading Review: payout requests on any day once no single day's closed profit exceeds 35% of the cycle's closed profit (measured at the end of each trading day) and closed profit since the last payout reaches 2.5% of the starting balance. All other rules stay the same. We will tell you by email what the review found, you may ask for a second review within 14 days, and we reassess the account after 6 payouts on the on-demand cycle.

5. Payouts

A payout can be requested when every payout condition of the account is met, your identity verification is valid, and no prohibited conduct has been confirmed on the account. A payout can be declined only with documented evidence of prohibited conduct under the Terms, and you have the right to appeal. Payment methods, timing and fees are described in the Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

You will trade only your own accounts, alone, and will not engage in the conduct listed in section 5 of the Terms, including copy trading or hedging between different people, internal hedging across your own accounts, exploiting price-feed or latency errors, martingale or grid strategies and all-in positions.

7. Identity

You confirm that the identity you verified is yours, that you are the only person who trades your accounts, and that you will keep your details up to date. Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or shared.

8. Signature and records

By typing your full legal name and accepting this Agreement in your dashboard you sign it electronically. We keep a record of the version you signed, your name, the date and time, and the network address used. You can read the version you signed at any time on this page.
