This policy forms part of the rules of every account sold from November 2026, our Terms of Service and the Funded Trader Agreement you sign before a funded account is issued. It is written in plain language on purpose.
1. Why we review funded accounts
Funded accounts are built for consistent, repeatable trading. A funded account traded with oversized positions can make large gains on a few days and large losses on others. That pattern says more about luck than skill, and it is the pattern that ends most funded accounts. The review exists so that we can step in early, before a payout, and steer the account back to sustainable risk instead of declining anything.
2. Our recommendation: about 1% risk per trade
On funded accounts we recommend risking no more than 1% of the starting balance on any single trade, with a stop loss on every trade. On a $50,000 account that is $500 per trade. This is guidance, not a rule that breaches your account; the rules that can breach an account are the ones on your plan.
3. What can start a review
Our risk team reviews funded accounts as they approach a payout. A review can start when:
- our risk systems flag the account or the trader (for example martingale sizing, all-in positions, profit concentrated in one trade, grid trading, or the conduct listed in section 5 of the Terms); or
- closed trades show losses per trade well above the recommended 1% of the starting balance.
Every flag carries the evidence that produced it, and a person makes the decision. No automated system changes your account.
4. The on-demand payout cycle
If a review finds the account traded with oversized risk, we may move the account's payouts to the on-demand cycle, from the moment we tell you. On this cycle:
- You can request a payout on any day once the conditions below are met, instead of waiting for a fixed payout window.
- Consistency: 35%. No single trading day's closed profit may be more than 35% of the total closed profit of the current payout cycle, measured at the end of each trading day.
- Minimum return: 2.5%. Closed profit since your last payout must reach 2.5% of the account's starting balance before you can request a payout.
- Every other rule stays the same, including your balance, profit split, drawdown, daily loss limit and the qualifying-day requirement of your plan.
These terms are fixed in this policy and in your account's rules at purchase. We cannot apply different or stricter terms under this policy.
5. What we tell you
When we move an account to the on-demand cycle we email you the same day with what the review found (the risk-per-trade figures and the specific flags we relied on), the terms above, and how to trade from here. The change also appears on your dashboard and in your account's rules.
6. Second review and reassessment after 6 payouts
If you think the review got it wrong, reply to the email within 14 days with your reasoning. A different member of the team will look at it.
We reassess the account after 6 payouts on the on-demand cycle. If your risk per trade is back to about 1% of the starting balance, the account returns to its original payout rules and we tell you by email. You can also ask for a reassessment earlier.
7. What this policy is not
A review is not a breach and not a payout denial. It never reduces your balance or your profit split, and it never removes profit you have already made. Declining a payout is a separate process that needs confirmed evidence of prohibited conduct, as described in the Terms.
8. Accounts bought before November 2026
Accounts bought before this policy existed are covered only once you sign the Funded Trader Agreement that includes it. Until then, any change to their payout rules is offered to you and applies only if you accept it.
