These terms apply to everyone who joins the Bold Funded partner programme ("partner", "you"). They form part of our Terms of Service. By activating a partner account you accept them.
1. Joining and approval
Anyone with a Bold Funded login can activate a partner account from the Affiliates tab of the trader dashboard, or from /partners on our website. Approval is instant at the Affiliate tier. Creator and Educator tiers are granted after a review by the partner team, usually within 2 business days. We may decline an upgrade, or move a partner to a different tier, at our discretion; we tell you in your partner inbox when we do.
2. Commission rates
Your current rates are always shown on the Campaign page of your partner dashboard. Standard rates are:

Commission is calculated on the amount the trader actually paid for an order, after any discount and excluding taxes and processor fees. It applies to evaluations, Instant Funded accounts, resets and upgrades bought by a trader you referred, for as long as their Bold Funded login exists. Orders paid entirely with a 100% coupon earn no commission. Rate changes apply to orders paid after the change.
3. Attribution
A trader belongs to the partner whose link or code they used first (first touch). Our tracking cookie lasts 90 days. A partner code entered at checkout always credits that order to the code's owner, and attaches the trader to that partner if they had none. Once a trader is attached to a partner, later links do not move them. You cannot refer yourself, an account you control, or a member of your household; such orders earn no commission.
4. Sub-affiliates
Partners on a tier with a sub-affiliate rate earn that rate on the sales of partners who signed up to Bold Funded through their link (one level only). The override is paid by us and never reduces the sub-affiliate's own commission.
5. Holdback, withdrawals and payment
Each commission is held for 14 days, matching our Refund Policy window, and then becomes available. You can withdraw your full available balance once it reaches $50, to the USDT, USDC or Rise destination saved on your Withdrawal Methods page. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid by the partner team, normally in the payout run at the start of each month. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout destination and for any taxes on your commission.
6. Reversals
A commission is reversed if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise in breach of these terms. Reversed commissions are removed from your balance; if a reversed commission was already paid, we deduct it from your next withdrawal.
7. How you may promote us
You may promote Bold Funded with your own content, paid social ads and the materials in your dashboard. You must not: bid on "Bold Funded" or close variants in search ads; claim or imply guaranteed funding, guaranteed payouts or guaranteed income; present simulated results as live trading results; use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are Bold Funded; send unsolicited messages (spam); or target people in jurisdictions where our services are not offered. Content must make clear that accounts are simulated and that you earn a commission.
8. Fraud monitoring
To keep the programme fair we monitor partner activity for fraud, including self-referral through other accounts, shared devices, networks, payout wallets or identities between a partner and the traders they refer, coordinated sign-ups, accounts bought to earn commission rather than to trade, and coordinated or opposite trading between referred accounts. Commissions linked to these signals are placed under review and are not withdrawable until the review is complete. Where fraud is confirmed we void the affected commissions, close the partner account and may refuse future applications from linked persons, devices or wallets.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a partner account while we investigate a suspected breach. Commission is not earned on orders paid while an account is suspended. We may close a partner account for a breach of these terms; commissions that were available before the breach remain payable unless they are reversed under section 6. You can close your partner account at any time by messaging the partner team.
10. Changes
We may change these terms or the standard rates by posting an update here and notifying partners in their inbox at least 14 days before the change takes effect, except where a change is required by law or to stop abuse.
